Mr. Hu has over 16 years of extensive experience in multinational healthcare companies and a reputable PRC law firm. Mr. Hu has an educational background in both medicine and law, and has received the Chinese lawyer qualification and Chinese patent attorney qualification. Before joining Lifang, he served as Compliance Director at Pfizer, Senior Legal Counsel at Medtronic and Reckitt, and Legal Counsel at Novartis.

Mr. Hu provides pharmaceutical, medical device and other healthcare companies with legal services throughout the entire product lifecycle from R&D, clinical trial, registration to production, promotion and sales, involving GXP, interactions with HCP/HCO, digital health and health data privacy, biosecurity and human genetic resources, etc. Moreover, he has rich experience on the establishment of corporate compliance system, the evaluation of compliance governance effectiveness, anti-bribery compliance and anti-fraud investigation.

Mr. Hu provides high-tech enterprises with legal services with respect to IP strategy development, IP system establishment, IP due diligence, FTO analysis, patent design around, patent invalidation and infringement litigation, trademark, copyright, trade secret protection, etc.
