Han Jun is a Senior Patent Attorney in the Mechanical Engineering Department of Shanghai Patent & Trademark Law Office Co., Ltd. He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a degree in Environmental Engineering and, in 2015, self studied and passed the National Judicial Examination. With over 15 years of experience in the IP field, he is a seasoned patent attorney and litigation representative.
Mr. Han provides comprehensive intellectual property services to clients in cutting edge technology fields such as electric motors, compressors, automobiles, autonomous driving, and fuel cells. His services range from patent portfolio planning, mining, and drafting, to reexamination and invalidation, as well as infringement risk analysis and litigation. In recent years, he has also begun offering IP services to clients in the medical device sector.
He is not only proficient in all domestic patent prosecution matters in China but also possesses extensive experience in foreign related prosecution. He is well versed in PCT international applications and patent filings in major jurisdictions including Europe, the United States, Japan, and South Korea. Over the course of his career, he has successfully served numerous leading domestic and international enterprises, handling over 2,000 cases in total, including more than 450 drafted applications.
