Lin Xue, Director of Intellectual Property at Beijing Pins Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., holds a Master of Engineering degree and is a qualified Chinese Patent Attorney. He graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Tsinghua University, and previously worked at the Beijing Center of Patent Examination Cooperation of the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), where he also served as an examiner mentor at the Jiangsu and Guangdong Centers. With nearly 10 years of examination experience in the medical device field, including substantive examination of invention patents, PCT international search, and patent reexamination, he has participated in research projects on patent examination, search, and analysis in the medical device area. Since 2016, he has been leading the IP department at Pins Medical, having mined over 500 patent applications and conducted multiple projects on patent analysis and risk early warning. He has extensive experience in patent application, search, analysis, patent mining, patent early warning, technology transfer, and corporate IP management.
