Yongqiang Zhang，Head of Intellectual Property at Jingyu Medical, overseeing all IP operations of the Group.
He previously held key roles at Infineon Technologies AG (Germany), Knowles Electronics (USA), PatSnap and MEMSensing Microelectronics Co., Ltd., boasting over 15 years of comprehensive experience in intellectual property and technology management.
He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, as well as both a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate and a Patent Attorney Qualification Certificate.
He led the resolution of a series of IP disputes during MEMSensing’s STAR Market IPO, with a disputed value of RMB 150 million, which has become a landmark IP case for STAR Market IPOs. He also participated in multiple domestic patent infringement litigations for Knowles Electronics involving claims totaling RMB 180 million, amassing extensive litigation expertise.
Well-versed in corporate IP strategy, he possesses solid practical experience in risk prevention and control covering the full lifecycle of intellectual property rights.
He has orchestrated the layout of more than 800 patents, supporting his employers in winning prestigious accolades including the China Patent Excellence Award and the title of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise.
Additionally, he serves as an external expert at Suzhou Intellectual Property Protection Center and an off-campus supervisor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
