Mr. Xing Chen joined Beijing Liu Shen & Associates in 2007, primarily engaged in intellectual property agency services related to patents, including patent filing, patent examination, patent invalidation, and patent litigation.


Mr. Chen obtained his patent attorney qualification in 2008 and his lawyer's qualification in 2009. In addition to patent prosecution work, he has successfully represented numerous internationally renowned companies in a large number of patent invalidation and infringement litigation cases.
