Wensha Guo is a dualqualified lawyer, holding both a lawyer's license and a patent attorney qualification certificate. She possesses theoretical knowledge and practical experience in both law and engineering. She earned her Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Prior to her legal practice, she worked in IP management at a Fortune 500 listed company and also conducted technical research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and medical devices.
