Wensha Guo is a dual qualified lawyer, holding both a lawyer's license and a patent attorney qualification certificate. She possesses theoretical knowledge and practical experience in both law and engineering. She earned her Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Prior to her legal practice, she worked in IP management at a Fortune 500 listed company and also conducted technical research at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and medical devices.
As a dual qualified IP lawyer, Ms. Guo specializes in patent litigation, trademark litigation, copyright litigation, unfair competition disputes, and cross border intellectual property disputes. She also handles IP compliance for corporate IPOs, IP legal advisory, IP due diligence, patent invalidation and reexamination, as well as trademark opposition and reexamination. In the corporate and commercial area, she provides both general and ad hoc legal services, covering corporate compliance management, legal advisory, investment and M&A, internal control governance and equity incentive plans, and corporate crisis management, along with related litigation and dispute resolution services.
