Ms.  Yunran Xue joined Liu Shen & Associates in 2016, and obtained her patent agent qualification in the same year and her legal professional qualification in 2017. Ms. Xue primarily practices in intellectual property agency services related to patents, with technical expertise in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial equipment, materials engineering, and related fields. Since joining Liu Shen & Associates, Ms. Xue has handled a substantial volume of patent-related work, including extensive experience in patent drafting, patent prosecution, and prosecution before patent examination and re-examination authorities. She has also been involved in representative work in patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, and patent infringement litigation, as well as consulting services including patent infringement analysis, patent validity analysis, freedom-to-operate (FTO) analysis, and due diligence.
